About me and my practice

Im David, an integrative therapist offering online therapy across the UK. I help people understand why relationships - with partners, family, or colleagues - can feel so difficult, and how to move toward something more honest and fulfilling.
My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative. Well explore whats happening beneath the surface, not to fix you, but to understand how your experiences and patterns shape the way you relate to others and to yourself.

Initial Consultation
I offer a free 20 minute consultation to see if we could work well together and for you to decide if it's the right thing.
Sessions are 50 minutes and take place weekly at the same time and place. I offer online sessions only.
In your free consultation we will discuss what brings you to therapy, I will explain a bit about how I practice and answer any of your questions, whether that's about confidentiality, how therapy "works" or any of your others thoughts or concerns.
The space and time is completely yours, even from our consultation session.
Fees
My session fee is £80.
When I Work
I am opening new slots from 10am - 2pm, Monday-Wednesday. I currently have a waiting list for evening sessions.
